These terms explain how Zubby works, what parents and societies can expect from us, and how we handle participation as we expand community by community.

Zubby helps parents discover children’s activities, trainers, and society-based programs in one place. By using the platform, you agree to share accurate details so we can recommend relevant activities and keep communication clear.
Zubby is currently in a pre-launch phase in selected Pune communities, so some features may be limited to interest collection, updates, and early access communication.
We aim to present trainer and program information as clearly and accurately as possible, including age suitability, schedules, venue details, expected materials, and batch format. Final program availability may vary by society, batch demand, trainer onboarding status, and operational readiness.
Listing a trainer or activity on Zubby does not guarantee immediate launch in every society. Parents should review the details shared at the time of registration, including any supervision, material, or attendance expectations, before confirming participation.
Parents or guardians are responsible for ensuring the child attending a program meets the stated age group, health, and participation requirements. If a child has medical, behavioral, or support needs that a trainer should know about, those details should be shared in advance.
Parents are also responsible for arriving on time, staying reachable during sessions, and following any society-specific rules for use of common spaces. Where a program recommends parent presence, drop-off rules, or pickup timing, those instructions should be followed carefully.
Where payments are enabled, pricing and fee terms will be shown before registration or checkout. Supported payment methods may include UPI, net banking, cards, or other digital options made available at the time of booking.
Refunds, rescheduling, pause requests, and cancellation terms may differ by program and will be governed by the policy shown at the time of booking.
Zubby may update, pause, or withdraw a listing if a program changes, does not meet demand, or no longer fits our operating standards.
We may update these terms as the platform grows and new services go live. Continued use of Zubby after an update means you accept the revised version.
