Refund & Cancellation Policy

We know activity plans can change. This policy explains how Zubby handles cancellations, missed sessions, and refunds as paid programs become available.

Last updated: June 29, 2026

Pre-launch registrations

Joining the Zubby waitlist or registering interest during the pre-launch stage does not usually involve a fee. If no payment has been collected, there is nothing to refund and you can opt out of updates at any time.

Interest registration helps us understand which societies and activities to launch first, but it does not guarantee immediate batch creation.

Paid bookings

If Zubby enables paid program bookings, the applicable fee terms will be shown clearly before checkout. Payment methods may include UPI, net banking, cards, or other digital options made available through the checkout flow.

Refund eligibility may depend on when a cancellation is requested, whether a batch has started, whether materials have already been allocated, and the trainer’s operating model. We aim to make cancellation terms easy to understand before parents commit to a program.

Missed classes and schedule changes

Make-up classes, pause options, credits, or alternate sessions may vary by trainer and activity type. If a program offers flexibility for missed classes, including a fixed number of pause requests, that information will be shared in advance with the batch details.

If a trainer or Zubby reschedules or cancels a session, parents will be informed as early as possible along with the next available option.

How refunds are processed

Where a refund is approved, it will be returned through the original payment method unless another method is required operationally. Timelines may vary depending on the payment partner or banking channel used.

For refund support, parents can contact hello@zubby.in with the registered phone number, society name, and program details.
