If payments, support requests, or feedback tools are introduced later, we may collect related information needed to provide those services.

We use your information to match families with suitable activities, understand demand in each society, coordinate upcoming launches, and improve the clarity of our listings. We may also send updates about new programs, schedules, onboarding status, payment readiness, and important service announcements.

We do not use parent data to flood families with unrelated marketing. Communication is meant to stay useful, timely, and relevant to your area or interest.

Zubby takes reasonable steps to protect personal information from unauthorized access, misuse, or disclosure. As the platform grows, we continue improving how we store and manage data securely.
