We are especially interested in people who can bring ownership, empathy, and high-quality thinking to product, operations, growth, community building, and partnerships. Strong communication and comfort with ambiguity matter a lot at this stage.

Experience in parenting, education, consumer tech, marketplaces, or community-led businesses can be especially valuable, but curiosity and execution matter just as much.
